i had to have surgery for a deviated nose and my insurance was doing the most my doctor Mrs. lorraine williams fought for me and didn’t stop until i got my surgery i appreciated it and then did an amazing job on the surgery i’m 1 month done and my nose is great the nursery were amazing with me and patient with me to calm my nerves with the appointments outside the surgery i would recommend them and especially her and this was all recently not years ago
Yes, the wait tends to be longer than your scheduled appointment time, but I don't care because as far as I'm concerned, they perform miracles! My teen was diagnosed with SEVERE obstructive sleep apnea and was looking at having to wear a CPAP for the rest of her life. Six weeks after surgery with Dr Williams her sleep study was normal with NO sleep apnea. My teen broke down in tears when we got the results. We're so thankful to this group, which, btw, has always been nice and courteous

I was referred to this Ear, Throat and Nose specialist by Veterans Affairs. I had an appointment on August 25 at 2:15pm and the doctor still wasn't in my room by 3:30 so I had to reschedule. Before leaving I had scheduled the appointment for September 2 at 2:00pm. On today I had called to confirm my appointment and was told that my appointment has been cancelled. I had asked the representative if that was the case why didn't I get notification of this cancellation and she couldn't explain it. This is not a good first impress... read more
Every time I go to ent & allergy center if its for myself or my grand baby they are always nice and caring, I don't know what you other patients are talking about what yall want the doctors, and the nurses, to come up to you grab you hug your neck, and shake your hand these people can't do that they are professional and with this covid going on they have got to be careful, I was always taught if you don't have anything good to say about don't say anything at all.
