Archadeck delivered on everything they promised. They provided frequent communication and met all deadlines they laid out. The deck they built exceeded our expectations, and we're very happy that we chose Archadeck. The builders left the site clean each night and were very courteous and experts at their craft. We bought a house with a very unstable, unusable deck. Archadeck provided A+ end to end services. They provided compelling design options, and worked with us until inspection passed. The team who built the new deck were professional, courteous. They finished the job earlier than quoted, and the quality of the work is exceptional. I was looking at my deck thinking about getting it stained and I noticed the stain and wood were coming off on the end board of the pergola. After calling Archadeck, General Manager Anthony came out to check on the problem with the deck which was dry rot on the board at the end of the pergola. He had someone come out that day to secure the pergola with a post until they could come out to complete the repair. Extra kudos to Danielle, Conlan and Randy from the Naperville Archadeck group. They really stand behind their product! Sap started showing up on some of the boards from our rather large deck projec a few years after completion. After a call to Danielle, they agreed to replace the boards. We were scheduled to go away on vacation and they fit us into their busy schedule. Conlan dropped off the material and Randy came out to change out the "sappy" boards before we left.
