After calling Consew directly regarding a part for my skiver, I was personally referred to Arch Sewing Machine Company a distributor for Consew Sewing Machines and Skivers. Consew does not work directly with end users. I contacted Arch Sewing - the local distributor for assistance with the replacement part. I had the original manual with the part number and name as requested and was told that photos of the part would be emailed to me. Definitely will stay away from this place. Needed to purchase a machine for our leather finishing business and the lady who answered lacked product knowledge and thru some extremely rude dude on the phone. I would never drop $5k on these bozos laps EVER. NEXT!!!!!
