We’ve used this roofing company for a large townhome community project and for multiple single family homes, and they’ve been amazing every time! Arch Roofing replaced our roof over the weekend of September 26 and 27, 2025. Nick Potts, Managing Partner, was at our house for the start of the job, to make sure everything would start out well. The crew got to work right away and were very professional and efficient while they worked. It was an extremely hot weekend but it didn't seem to slow them down. Nails left everywhere injuring residents and popping tires. Building materials left outside for months. Loud Mexicans having three hour lunch breaks two feet from unit owner windows during install, leaving garbage everywhere. Debris thrown down by bldg entrance and exits nearly hitting people, damaging landscaping. I'm not holding my breath about the work product given the conduct.
