I am beyond disappointed with my experience through ARCH Level Group. I booked a property through Airbnb, everything was confirmed—and then they ghosted us before check-in. After driving 6 hours, we couldn’t get the code for the smart lock or any response from the host. No cancellation notice, no communication—just silence. This behavior is highly unprofessional.
