This facility has great potential, however it is overshadowed by the complete incompetence of the "clinical manager", Kristen Hayes. I had read reviews on other sites about her but trusted my Ortho Surgeon and went where he sent me, hoping I would find the experience better by far than what I had read. I did have my doubts.
