I would love to give a good review since my doctor (Dr Knutson) is truly amazing. He helped me with hip pain and knee pain that was so bad I thought surgery was the only alternative while that still may happen he suggested shots to see how they would help and so far there is an improvement. The other reason I'm sorry about a poor review is the office personnel in the medical assistants are also amazing. Payed in cash, didn't keep receipt. Incompetent receptionist clearly didn't either and they report you to credit over copay. I'm not the only review to say this
Dr. James Bried is one of the finest physicians and people that I know. He's the best ortho surgeon in San Diego. is
I spoke to a lovely lady today by the name of Daisy. She was such a sweetheart when i got sent to her. So I being passed around from caller to caller just to try and refill my prescription all of them being ruder then the last. By the time i got to her i pretty much just gave up at that point but once she answered and i heard her cheerful voice my mentality changed. I was extremely thrilled when she was able to help me out instead of sending me to another office or to another person. If i was her boss i would definitely give... read more
