I had an appointment to get a root canal and as I sat in the chair everything was very rushed the nurse wanted me to sign things as she was putting numbing gel in my mouth also the doctor had zero patience with taking their time at all with the needle. I do not recommend this place to anyone they are very unprofessional unless you do everything they want and stay very quiet. I give them a -1
I'm a complex patient with (among other things) pain syndromes & allergies. I'm an old RN, so I have a little social credit with some Dr's. It doesn't always help! I came here after having 3 consecutive appointments cancelled on me at my prior oral surgeon's -- once as I was leaving the house to go. No. Just... no. I called Arch instead. They got me in fast. The technician was highly skilled and very patient, while the front desk staff also kindly explained the medical insurance details with great care. It was such a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be coming back here from now on!
