Jonathan was great. Honest, professional, and very thorough. Hopefully, won’t have to call again anytime soon, but will use him again!
If I could have left zero stars I would have. Arce started out great, but money and greed got in his way. As he puts it "its just business" overcharging customers. Charging 310.00 for a 20.00 dollar part. Then telling me he does it because "all the big companies do it". Its a disgrace seeing a good person turning like this. Beware!
I would highly recommend Arce. They replaced my air conditioner several years ago and it was working perfectly until today. As soon as I called them they came out and fixed it. Charlie was very professional and maintained excellent communication about his arrival and the repair. It’s a pleasure doing business with a company that offers both excellent value and customer service!
As a customer of ARCE Heating and AC since 2018 who has invested thousands of dollars in their services, I feel obligated to warn others about their unprofessional conduct and disregard for customer commitments. After years of them persistently promoting their maintenance plan, we finally signed up last year, believing it would ensure priority service and regular system care. How wrong we were.
