Charli was very professional and thorough. He explained everything so well so that we understand how components work. We trusted everything that he said and felt comfortable with his recommendations.
Update 2: Even though below the company said we were not charged for the visit, I just recieved a call from the company saying the bill is going to collections! 9/30/25....complete disaster. It looks like their comment gets deleted when I update this post. Please hear my warning and don't use this company for anything! Update: Regardless of what maintenance was or wasnt covered, their technician Shayne stole our A/C disconnect when he left and we had to pay $600 for another company to come out and rewire the unit.
