I am extremely grateful and appreciative of the service I received here at Arcata Body Shop. For three months I was going rounds with my insurance and not knowing what the outcomes of having a vehicle was going to be. During this waiting period, the staff at this business demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and compassion towards my situation. After resolving things with my insurance they were kind enough to work with my options. I was quickly able to get my car back from them and looking better than ever!!
They always do a perfect job on my car. They've done flawless work for me multiple times now. Nice people there too, and cute dogs.
