I couldn't ask for better care for my dogs. The doctors here are so compassionate, patient and kind. I have never had such a positive, reassuring experience as I have with the team at Arcata Animal Hospital! I am proud to be a part of this amazing staff.
so nice and respectful to my rat!! lots of places don't respect rats as pets but they were very kind and respectful to me and tulip and we had a great visit!! definitely coming back
when Brownie died we were told by Cutten Animal Hospital over the phone "sorrry to tell you your dog died" no real empathy from the man who caused the death of a healthy puppy. Yesturday we received this in the mail from Arcata Animal Hospital, a place we had just began taking Brownie there, one time before death to be exact for shots. Love this place, my dog loves this place, unfortunately have to mark down a star because it took longer to check out than the appointment. Seriously a 40 minute wait with a couple and another woman there and two people behind the counter?
Excellent service. They were amazing with my Doxie Bella. I will now be coming here for all of my pets needs. So friendly and easy to talk to and you can tell they do it for the pets ❤️
My pets have been cared for by the doctors at this practice for nearly twenty years. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are kind, knowledgable, and caring. No negatives at all. If your pets need medical care, you won't find better folks to provide it than the excellent doctors and staff at Arcata Animal Hospital.
Thank you Dr. Joy & staff for your care of my little Emma. You guys went above & beyond by keeping both dogs all day & keeping me informed of what was going on. You all went above & beyond!
