APRN sees my mom, so I needed her signature on FMLA paperwork. Called and they told me to come in. I went in and they put me in a room. I told them multiple times I only needed the signature. They said this is standard. They check my vitals and the APRN comes in and files out paperwork for me. I leave with no problems. Later, I get a bill in for 200 dollars...for the FMLA signature...
I have been calling since 6 pm , the only thing I was able to say was I wanted my test results after that (was placed on hold for over an hour )So I hung up and called back, the woman answered again, didn’t even let me speak before she told me to hold, I waited another 10 min hung up and then started just letting my call go to voicemail. If they don’t want to work/answer the phone they should find another job!
