APRN Gothard was very rude and condescending will never go back as long as there isn't a Doctor on location.
The way they handle their patients is weird ! They dont ever pick up the phone ! I fractured my wrist and the guy did an xray and just tossed my hand all around with no care in the world ! They didnt follow up with my appointment , they basically just sent me out the door ! Ill never go back to this place !
There’s a few decent doctors in the building, but they will try and put you with Gotherd , his books are always wide open, he is a very rude , uneducated, bigot . Skip him at all cost , I travel for work , worse experience I’ve had in the United States hands down.
Love the Midtown office. My DR. MRS. Beth is very great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this office. Thanks ARCare!😊
