There was one employee working and many customers. He made sure everyone was helped and knew about how long their wait was going to take. He didn't rush anyone or anything! Shout out to Jentry he rocked it!
I scheduled my tattoo and explained to Jake what I wanted about a month out. I was kinda worried he wouldn't understand the look I was going for, but when I showed up to my appointment he had it sketched out and it was perfect, just what I wanted. The vibe of the place is awesome. The people seemed cool, the music was chill, and from the elaborate process of setting up and sanitizing his work station, I felt confident in the cleanliness.
