Yesterday our dog began vomiting blood and had bloody diarrhea. We called our vet in Heber City and learned that they offer no emergency services whatsoever - the best they could do was offer an appointment the next morning. We were afraid that we were going to lose her if we waited that long, so we called Arcadia. They got us in right away, everyone was so nice (even when our girl made a mess of their floor - twice) and they gave us all the time we needed to ask questions and get her treated. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here, I had to take my dog in today and he was in very rough shape after a dog fight, and every single person there was so understanding and nice, Bruce came out himself and talked to me even more about my dogs condition that had nothing to do with why we were there, and charged me nothing extra, the price was beyond fair compared to the other vets in town and these people genuinely care. The people here are the greatest!! Bruce is the greatest vet very experienced. And Ruston is there when you need him. Both of them have treated our animals. We have been going here since 1992.
Rustin is awesome!!! He always calls you back after hours. After waking him up one night he spent a good 30 minutes on the phone with me talking me through a issue I had with my sweet dog. And he is nice! He doesn't even sound put out when you wake him.
Miss working there. Loved the people the animals. Will always be grateful for the many years and will take the lessons I learned on throughout my life. Wishing my back never gave out. Missing all the clients and furry friends. I sit in bed with more surgeries ahead and think of all the amazing things I was able to do with the clinic.... Just spent a very stressful couple of days with the folks at Arcadia, and I can not say enough amazing things about the entire crew. They kept me up to date on the status of our dog, were VERY helpful making some tough decisions, and made sure I had all the information I needed. Very thankful for them this season of thanks!
