I was really worried about my 9-year-old boxer who I just adopted 3 weeks ago. We don't know each other that well. We haven't been to any vet yet, but I called Arcadia after business hours when my new 4-legged friend was not feeling well, and Dr. Pickett immediately returned my call. I called Arcadia to inquire about in-home euthanasia. The guy who answered the phone's first response was, "let me give you a couple names of some people who can do it cheaper." Every other clinic I called described the services they offered in a professional manner, but this guy literally talked me out of using his clinic.
I drive 1.5 hours from my home in Wyoming to bring my fur babies to Arcadia (unless it's an emergency needing to be handled immediately). Due to a lot of unfortunate events, I have spent a lot of time there and the whole staff has always been so supportive and kind. Plus my fur babies love them all. Thank you Arcadia for everything you did for my Blue and all my other babies, past and present. We couldn't have made it through without you!
Have been going to Arcadia ever since we moved here (over 18 yrs). I will not go to another vet. They are awesome.
Absolutely the kindest staff!! My estimate before treatment was spot on and I'm very happy with the quality of care!!! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!! Thank you Bruce and staff!!
They are very caring and have great staff there,,, have gone there for over 10 years... they have taken care of my baby girl Samie.... Julia, Trent and both doctors have went above and beyond.
