No los recomiendo la manager es muy arrogante y cuando entregas el apartamento te cobra de más y cuando le pides ayuda y copia no te da nada por favor cuando firmes algo siempre pedir copias de todo no cometas eso errores

If I could give this rating less I would.. .Roaches everywhere, maintenance ever gets done when thetblack mold in the shower , flooring coming so Maintenance comes in says it's fixed but it not. Office never thre than they are rude And homeless are ever where no security anywhere so the

Terrible place to live rent is overpriced, other tenants are nosey as well such as staring into our windows. Homeless people rummaging through the dumpsters at night and day. Management is non existent, whole place looks disrepair and had a roach infestation too. Maintenance is lacking, pool is also filled with drunk party goers blaring music or always closed due trash. The Laundry room is always trashed or machines are broken too.

Excellent place, clean, very competent maintenance staff, a Cuban has been working in maintenance for a year who is very friendly, works quickly and very well, provides solutions and that was despite him working alone for months, before him everything was a disaster, now there are two of them and everything is still perfect, the manager in the office is very kind, I am grateful to everyone
