Customer service is very poor, either the people at the office are very rude or they LIE to you in order to make you feel like concerns will be address but never are. They do not care about the tenants. My apartment's was flooded along with my neighbors, ENTIRE building FLOODED! WE LOST EVERYTHING! The office encourages to get rental via the apartments, only to discover that it ONLY covered and protected the unit! TVS. As good as your neighbors
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! The management is horrible. They do not take care of things like they should. The only time they take really good care of the property. When Management is coming to check out how they are doing. They had 3-4 different Managers in the 5 years we lived there. My husband and I moved into a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. When we moved in the manager told us that they would put screens on the windows and they would paint the bedroom doors.
