Arcadia Nursery and Brower/Jacques Design, Inc. have been in business for over twenty years. To state that anything illegal has transpired in print is tantamount to slander. DO NOT USE!! The lady owner is half nuts and out there in lala land. The whole office staff is rude and they do not know what they are talking about. This business will go under. My boyfriend use to work here and I have heard stories about the staff and all the illegal stuff they do. They never got any work and when they did the guy owner did not want to come into work. & they don't pay their workers but mim wage which is sad considering I have see all the hard work landscapers do.
