RecommendedWe drove over from lake city MN and it did not disappoint. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Matt and Chad are great to work with very up front and honest! One expects a used vehicle to show some signs of normal wear and tear. *Mouse poop is NOT one of those signs.* The vehicle we looked at today had mouse droppings in multiple spots on the seats and floorboards. What unseen physical damage has the mouse (or mice) caused to the car? The inside upholstery & flooring of the car looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all before being put on the lot. really bad experience with a newbie salesman. Matt the manager acted like he didn't care. I had to ask him to at least try and make it right but he really didn't want to. we were so disgusted that we stopped our loan process with our bank and backed out on the purchase.
