I engaged Arcadia to replace my aging HVAC furnace and cooling unit, and I was very happy with the entire experience from initial contact to installation. The friendly technicians arrived promptly on time, did a thoroughly professional job, answered all my questions patiently, and left the work area clean both inside and outside. I can’t say enough good things about this company! Technicians Matt and Matt M. are truly the best—always honest, helpful, and professional. Every visit leaves me more impressed by their expertise and attention to detail. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure the job is done right. I really appreciate their thoroughness and the support they provide each time. Highly recommend!
I wish I could give this company zero stars. They convinced me to purchase a new unit, which I now believe was unnecessary. To make matters worse, their technicians assured me there were no issues with my zone board—only for us to later discover that wasn’t true. I’m extremely disappointed and regret not choosing a different company. On top of that, the technician forgot to secure a component on the unit, which my husband noticed when he got home. Overall, I feel misled and taken advantage of.
We've used Arcadia, exclusively, for over 30 years. They are extremely responsive and deliver high-quality service. Our A/C went out over the weekend. I contacted Arcadia first thing Monday morning and Tyler was there that afternoon to uncover and correct the problem. He was fast, efficient, and friendly - as he always is every time. We could not be more pleased with the service we receive each and every time! We highly recommend Arcadia to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy, dependable HVAC company.
