As soon as it got a little cold my heater stopped working. I called a company who told me everything was broke and to replace it. Thankfully my mom has been using Arcadia for years and told me to call them. And I’m so glad a did. Sarah was so nice and I really appreciated her promptness in trying to help me get my heater fixed. My new zoning system is working great! I recently had a new AC and zoning system installed in my house. I used to have only one thermostat downstairs, and there was at least a 10-degree temperature difference between the two floors. Now, with the new zoning system, the downstairs stays warm without overheating the upstairs. I’m really happy with the result! I also appreciate their honesty — my friend, who had hired them before, recommended this company, saying they don’t try to sell unnecessary stuff, and I completely agree.
