I had a great experience with Arcadia! I called about a leak and they sent two techs out the very same day. Both Matts were absolute sweethearts, super knowledgeable and efficient. They were in and out quickly, but took the time to walk me through everything and explain exactly what was happening with my unit. I really loved that they didn't just fix it, but made sure I understood the "why" behind it. I would definitely call them again!
We had Arcadia come out to replace our unit and I was very pleased. They were nice and friendly very good customer service , gave good information,and I definitely recommend.

As soon as it got a little cold my heater stopped working. I called a company who told me everything was broke and to replace it. Thankfully my mom has been using Arcadia for years and told me to call them. And I’m so glad a did. Sarah was so nice and I really appreciated her promptness in trying to help me get my heater fixed. Mac and Avery came out the next day to inspect my heater. They were on time, very nice guys and were clear, patient, and honest with me about my heater. Luckily I only needed one piece fixed.
