Matt and Matt from Arcadia HVAC came by to give me an estimate on replacing my current unit. As a first time home owner of an old house, I had a lot of questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient, sharing their honest assessment and tradeoffs to consider when replacing an older unit. Since they are actual licensed professionals (not a sales team), speaking with them was very informative and helpful!
I blindly called Arcadia Heating and Air after waking up to no heat on a morning when temperatures were in the teens. Matt and Avery arrived at my door within hours! Not only did they restore my heat, but they also discovered a wiring mistake made by the previous HVAC company, secured my loose thermostat to the wall, and pointed out a vent I had closed (out of ignorance) that was damaging my system. Matt, Avery and Tyler did an outstanding job replacing our HVAC system! They were professional and showed us everything that we needed to know. Sarah also walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. She and Matt stayed in contact with us during the snow event last weekend and they were here first thing this morning to get heat back in our home! Thank you!
