Staffs great,but getting me hrs and clients was not , I was hired as a caregiver, not a maid .
Arcadia continues to send me home care workers who cannot follow directions. Arcadia Home Care continues to have staffing problems resulting in unprepared substitutions. Arcadia Home Care does not meet the basic requirements of working in my home.
Danielle the fearless leader, Dani and Allison are above and beyond in all ways. Arcadia Home Care and Staffing will take care of your mother, your grandmother, your grandpa, cook, clean, help them use the restroom, get cleaned up. It’s just a wonderful business here in beautiful Redding, California. I don’t think you can go wrong using their services.
I have been working for the Redding office and Danielle G. The center manager for the last 8 years. She is always very kind, helpful and good the extra mile to help the clients and the employees.
