Really no stars because they try to play me as a pca and with my money now I'm getting paid right with another company and with better communication. Note hopefully they get better with they clock in and out app ..smh why we gotta use paper time sheets and bring it in most people don't got time for all that.. Especially when you have a app smh

If you are VA make sure you keep your community network receipt and check it monthly. All was well with crystal and Addus until the aid wasn't able to perform her job. My dad sat a whole month with no aide. Communication was good for a little while until Crystal started switching up on me. I was cool with no aid dad was gonna be taken care of regardless until she found one. After repeated lies from crystal saying she found some aides and them never showing up. I actually have nothing but good things to say about Addus. I thought I was speaking with the caregiver about my mom but come to find out I was speaking with the Director and she was so helpful and gave me other information that was very useful to get the care that I needed for my mom. I felt so comfortable with her , as if we were longtime friends. I will never forget her! Crystal you’re the best!
