Please be cautious when using this company. The Director Deb is extremely rude and nasty talking. This company does not care about clients or the staff they hire. Deb the director should not work in this field or with humans at that. I chose to place my grandmother in another companies care because when speaking to Deb she was condescending, rude, short and overall insufferable to speak with. posting this under a different name: I was supposed to have a phone interview on 4-28-25 at 11:30 no phone call received. I called them at 11:35 to speak to someone and they told me she was in a meeting that was wrapping up and that I would get a call shortly. I waited until 12:44 to call them to speak with someone again and was told again that I would receive a call back. It is now 2 hours later and still no phone call.

The aids rarely show up and u get a different aid every time they come out. You will never know their name because the agency is poor at communicating. The aids never will a badge and many will just come in the house, plop down on a seat and play on their phone.
