I would use Arcadia Blind and Shutter again in a heartbeat!! They are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, efficient and very affordable. We had the windows in our condo replaced, and the old blinds would no longer work. Karen was very helpful in working with us to come up with the exact blind that we needed. Russell came and and measured for them a few days later, and in a few short weeks, the installer came and put them up. It was really a painless purchase and experience. Highly recommend!
We have been working with Russell & Karen for many years to replace our blinds. We now have our whole house done with them and are working on our parent's home. Arcadia Blind & Shutter is always a pleasure to work with and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone with any budget.
A go to place for window treatments and service! There is a huge selection, help, prompt service and delivery. We were so pleased with everything about the purchase and installation of our living room window treatment, and would definitely use Arcadia again and highly recommend the company.
We needed 4 blinds and a neighbor told us about her fantastic experience with Arcadia Blind & Shutter. She was spot on. Karen is a joy in the office and scheduled everything. Russell spent a lot of time making sure Joyce would get exactly the blinds she was looking for. Measurements were spot on. Installation was a breeze. There’s plenty to be said about using a local business and not a local chain. We’d give 6 stars to Russell and Arcadia if we could.
