We have purchased several blinds from Arcadia Blind and Shutter and have been very pleased. We love the automatic blinds. They have great options for materials that have suited our styles as they have evolved. Russ and their customer service are the best. Russ worked around our busy schedules. Installation was prompt and professional. They made minor adjustments to make it perfect. I won’t shop for blinds anywhere else!
Arcadia Blind and Shutter is the best in the business. I filled out the online form and Russell called me within an hour. I sent him some preliminary measurements and I had a quote that day. I was going back and forth between blinds or plantation shutters and Russell made it easy with his awesome pricing. I was expecting 6 weeks for installation and I think it was just over 3 weeks. I would use Arcadia Blind and Shutter again in a heartbeat!! They are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, efficient and very affordable. We had the windows in our condo replaced, and the old blinds would no longer work. Karen was very helpful in working with us to come up with the exact blind that we needed. Russell came and and measured for them a few days later, and in a few short weeks, the installer came and put them up. It was really a painless purchase and experience. Highly recommend!
We have been working with Russell & Karen for many years to replace our blinds. We now have our whole house done with them and are working on our parent's home.
