Arcadia is not worth the price. Its a nice location thats it. The inside is dirty and old. They ignore complaints. And its only day one. Ive moved into a dirty apartment. Kayla asked for permission to enter to clean but they didn’t clean any of the things i said in the email.
I’ve had a great experience living at Arcadia Apartments and a big part of that is thanks to our resident manager, Mackenzie. From day one, she’s gone above and beyond to make this a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Mackenzie is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. I have been Living Here for over 7 years Plus. I have to start off by saying I love the community. it’s very nice, clean, and love the Earthy Village feel and vibe here. Living at Arcadia at Stonecrest Village has been a nonstop disappointment. This place charges a premium price for what amounts to constant noise, poor hygiene, and management that refuses to act. Let’s start with Mackenzie, a community management member. Every time I raise a legitimate concern, whether it’s a neighbor running a loud, industrial-sounding machine for hours on their balcony, or people breaking basic rules, she responds with polite nonsense like, “We’ll investigate.
