I have lived at Arcadia for about a year and a half at this point (including a transfer from one unit to another) and I have nothing but good things to say. The maintenance team have fixed any issue that I’ve ever had very quickly. Special shoutout to McKenzie and Kayla from the front office as well - they are both wonderful and always helpful!
I've been living at Arcadia for over 5 years and I really like this complex. When I first set foot in my new apartment, back in late 2020, my first reaction was, "peace and quiet." I felt so calm and at home. And it has continued for the entire time I've lived here. My neighbors have mostly been very respectful and considerate people. I have been at Arcadia for going on 3 years now and to say I love this place is an understatement. The location is prime especially if you are traveling to downtown/ airport area. A good 15 minutes, 20 at most. The neighborhood is quiet which is a plus. The office staff is very helpful and communicative.
