I have been Living Here for over 7 years Plus. I have to start off by saying I love the community. it’s very nice, clean, and love the Earthy Village feel and vibe here. Living at Arcadia at Stonecrest Village has been a nonstop disappointment. This place charges a premium price for what amounts to constant noise, poor hygiene, and management that refuses to act. Let’s start with Mackenzie, a community management member. Every time I raise a legitimate concern, whether it’s a neighbor running a loud, industrial-sounding machine for hours on their balcony, or people breaking basic rules, she responds with polite nonsense like, “We’ll investigate. I love this place. Arcadia Apartments at Stonecrest is the best place to live. Everything is good. The condominium, the apartment, the neighborhood, the cleanliness, the organization, the excellent work of the maintenance team and the attention of the leasing office staff make me very happy here.
