The apartment complex is well kept and in a very nice, quiet area. Lots of families and people walking their dogs in the neighborhood. Maintenance requests are inspected in a timely manner. The apartments have a nice, homey feel as well. Mackenzie has been especially great! She’s really helpful and attentive and has been very professional. She has made any issues or concerns an easier process to deal with and makes you feel like a priority!
Irvine company and all teams are so awesome and mangment of Arcadia at Stone Crest Village they are very helpful to everyone and they are working very hard in order to serve the Nice community, also a huge work and care for fixing the apartment quick response Miss Daianna she's the service manager and very helpful Thank you best please to live ever.
**Avoid Arcadia at StoneCrest Apartments if you value cleanliness, respect, and basic quality of life.** Living here the last 4.5 years has been an incredibly disappointing experience. The cockroach problem is completely out of control. It's not just the occasional bug, there are roaches flourishing throughout the property, both inside and outside the buildings.
