Drako was friendly and very fast! I very much appreciated that he came at 2pm during the 2pm-4pm window and got everything handled ASAP!
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Walle from the maintenance team! He recently fixed my kitchen faucet and washing machine, and he did a great job with both. He’s always professional, knowledgeable, and has a really positive attitude whenever I see him around the property. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to help. I really appreciate the quality of his work and the great service he provides. Keep up the great work, Walle!
Wally is kind and made time for me on a Saturday. Big shout out to Mackenzie in the front office, she’s the best. When in doubt Mackenzie will save the day! For any of my Maintenance needs, Wally is my go too! Thank both of you!
Since moving in, everyone within the leasing management and maintenance crew has been excellent. Walle and the rest of the crew has always been kind and helped fix anything that arose from our apt. I highly recommend Arcadia for anyone that is looking for their next apartment!
Ampofo is great! He has been assigned to a few of our maintenance needs and has been very kind and professional each time. He gets our needs resolved right away. Thank you, Ampofo!
