While driving from Wyoming to Phoenix on a Friday afternoon to see a new home my wife and I purchased, we found out the air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly. I called Arcadia Air & Plumbing and worked with Robert Patrick. He immediately went to the house and met our son there to diagnose the problem. He worked after hours to inspect the unit, diagnose the issue, and find a new blower motor so he could install and have the unit running before we arrived on Saturday at noon. Giovanni was great- so professional and efficient. I appreciate the assistance, assessment, and cleaning of our AC units.
They were here quickly and he did a very fast efficient job unfortunately did not have the part to fix the problem but appreciative for how quick they responded
Dannielle was grreat at making an appointment and Giovanni was ontime and did a thorough job he was also extremely knowledgeable concerning thermostats.
