DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!! After contacting him for a repair on a table top game console that was only 3 years old, the gentleman informed me that the mother board was bad and gave three options to replace (\$\$\$\$). When we chose the least expensive route, he said he did not recommend that and would be giving our information to another man, because he did not want to do that repair. We contacted another vendor on our own, we were then informed our game only need a new screen at a cost of \$200 instead of the \$600 to repair... read more

This company did not deliver the services it promised, did not apologize for its error, and the only efforts it put forth was in making sure they got paid for sub-par work. The equipment was fine; the service did not meet the expectation of event planners.
