Although she (Mei) moved to 877 white bear avenue. I will no longer return to her for hair color. In my experience with Mei cutting my hair, she was good typically. But coloring my hair, she is inexperienced. I wanted an ash blonde but she gave me an ugly reddish orange. She still have the audacity to charge me full price. This is my experience and I will never recommend her.
