Arca Nail Salon is hands down one of the best salons in Costa Mesa! The salon is always incredibly clean, beautiful, and has such an aesthetic vibe and welcoming atmosphere. Bianca is literally a magician. She got me in last minute for a gloss and haircut, and my hair has never looked this good! She was so sweet, easy to talk to, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She mixed the perfect shade for my gloss and paid attention to detail with my cut. Also incredible scalp massage! I walked out feeling like a new person. Hair looks and feels so healthy. Can’t recommend Bianca enough and will absolutely be back!! Thank you!
