Absolutely love this place. People of all backgrounds & fitness levels accepted. They have a mix of in-person & virtual classes that can be booked on the mindbody app. (I believe in-person classes are limited to 10 people at the moment.) Plenty of parking. Beautifully designed open space, daily deep cleaning & UV light treatment. The staff are super passionate about fitness but even more passionate about people. Community-driven fitness doesn't get any better than this!
I took personal training here and the coaches are awesome!! They are so professional, knowledgable, and encouraging. They push me to work hard during each session and do their best to help me reach my goals. The studio is also really nice and modern. Highly recommend!!
This place killed me ... but in a good way!!!
ARC Studio offers a unique community for those looking to stay healthy and happy. The first time I came to one of their events I felt welcomed. ARC has hosts collaborations with brands such as lululemon, Nike, Adidas, and Patagonia. James and the team offer quality services ranging from physical therapy, group fitness/classes, personal training, brand collaborations, community access, and creative adventures.
