Bonnie and her office assistant Dianne were extremely helpful especially since we were first time home buyers. Bonnie is very knowledgeable, experienced and always available. She showed us multiple homes and once we narrowed down to the 2 we liked, she was readily available for a 2nd and 3rd look. Once we picked the house,she walked with us through the negotiation process and helped us settle on a buying price that was several thousands lower than the appraised value! Closing was a breeze with Bonnie on our side!

Bonnie is the best. She showed us a long list of homes of our choosing through area research. She allowed us thorough time to look through each home while providing advice as a homeowner herself. This was my wife and my first home and we will most certainly use her services if we ever decide to move.

Bonnie and her office manager Diane were both very responsive to any question, concerns, changes, request, etc. to the listed property from me or my wife. From the very start she provided suggestions to be made to the home to for it to show well. I would highly recommend Bonnie to anyone needing to put their home on the market.

Bonnie Hicks was our Realtor for the recent sale of our two houses. It had been on the market for over a year with another agent, from a smaller company.
