No frills hotel in the center of it all, great prices, great staff.
Embarrassing customer service. My flight to DC got cancelled. I immediately called customer service to get my accommodations changed to a later date or cancelled, and they gave me an email to reach out to, which is supposedly the manager. 4 days later, still no response from said manager. I have called 3 times, and no one answered. I was charged for both nights of my stay with no communication whatsoever.
