Iam 66 years old not doing bad at all. I was with a once a week training place and didn't get the results. I joined ARC one month ago and I will be needing new clothes in a few weeks. I was 338# going in and now 320. yes it's is more aggressive but I am on my own pace and the Staff is on point. Highly Recommend
ARC is a great gym. The community and family feel is worth every penny. There is always a familiar face that is ready to help you with anything you may need to reach your health goals.
Checking this place out Thursday with a regular for bring a buddy day. Ive texted the owner since being scheduled and excited to see a new upcoming establishment. I enjoy working out after or before work and my hours can be super early or something after work. Theyre available 24/7 and I'm game to check it out. For their determination to accommodate any way they can with top notch equipment and hospitality i give that all the stars possible ✨️!
Adam Cayce has done a fantastic job of promoting his program and gym on social media. We connected many months ago. He has been encouraging me and provided helpful insight over this time to the point that I signed up last night to his online coaching program. I am so excited to get started and be a part of the ARC family.
