Great company. Very helpful and friendly they answers every question I had.
We had a very unique problem with our solar panels, 2 panels were installed in front of our heater unit that had broken down. I called Arc, I was almost in tears because The company responsible for the problem was out of business.We were left with no choice but to have the panels relocated before getting the heater repaired. Terrible experience. From improper installation to constant system failure and no one addressing anything.
Had to change my review. Since installing the panels, install was done incorrectly to where it caused both my system to continuously fail for a month before things were corrected. Battery and inverter have also been failing for a month and nothing is being done about it. I continue being told to just wait. Production hasn’t been as promised given all the dang system issues. A few weeks ago I had a little problem with my solar it had a little glitch in it that shut it down system came back online so I called them up since it was working it wasn't top priority but Saturday Cody came out and checked it out and then today Monday William came out and double-checked everything and even called enphase the company that makes the system.Enphase said everything is running perfect I want to thank Ark Energy Solutions the crew for coming out and checking everything out for me
