Terrible experience. From improper installation to constant system failure and no one addressing anything.
Had to change my review. Since installing the panels, install was done incorrectly to where it caused both my system to continuously fail for a month before things were corrected. Battery and inverter have also been failing for a month and nothing is being done about it. I continue being told to just wait. Production hasn’t been as promised given all the dang system issues. A few weeks ago I had a little problem with my solar it had a little glitch in it that shut it down system came back online so I called them up since it was working it wasn't top priority but Saturday Cody came out and checked it out and then today Monday William came out and double-checked everything and even called enphase the company that makes the system.Enphase said everything is running perfect I want to thank Ark Energy Solutions the crew for coming out and checking everything out for me
I am not very happy with Ark Energy solutions , First part of Sept my solar shut down I called the company at least four times that day I finally had to call an electrician out to get my solar turned back on again he had to reset everything and to this day Ark Energy Solutions never called me back
I had to write a second review because of how unprofessional these guys are. They didn’t install the panels correctly and I assumed everything was done correctly since day one and boy was I wrong. I checked my true up bill out of curiosity and it showed almost $1200!!!!! On top of me already paying a monthly fee for the solar equipment.
