We have had a bad experience with this company, the battery has already stopped working twice and it has taken a month to fix the problem.
ARC Energy Solutions is fantastic because of Aaron our sales rep. He spent nearly 2 months of his time explaining everything to us, making sure we qualified with the best rate. He checked in with us every step of the way. Truly a great experience.
Great company. Very helpful and friendly they answers every question I had.
We had a very unique problem with our solar panels, 2 panels were installed in front of our heater unit that had broken down. I called Arc, I was almost in tears because The company responsible for the problem was out of business.We were left with no choice but to have the panels relocated before getting the heater repaired.
