John my Sr consultant was very good at explaining thing's to me and helping me go solar. Angel my project manager did a great job helping me understand every step of the process. I feel very good about their assistance and my new solar system!
First off I want to thank Aaron for his quick response and for helping me with a good price for my roof and with securing a loan to pay for the job. The workers were great, clean and professional. We are more than happy with the work that they did. I would highly recommend Arc Energy Solutions.
I really wanted this experience to be better and waited until my second summer to review. The install was acceptable. A couple days longer than anticipated but I added a lot to my existing setup so that wasn’t a big deal. A few more days for final setup and touch ups. Overall not bad. The actual value was the disappointment. After some initial adjustments I had to call and text a few more times over the following months to try to get the system to function as I envisioned.
