Everyone at Arc Energy is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on their products. I hired them twice for a 10kwh Battery system and 11 panels to my existing system in Tehachapi originally. I hired them again to add another 10kwh battery and 6 more panels. Gena and Angel as well as Jake and Geride helped me and gave me great advice on my system. 5 Stars!!!!
I have always been doubtful of comparative home energy reports where they show how well my home did when compared to others and I always considered them as fake reports. Well, thanks to Ryan Lay and the folk at Arc Energy Solutions, I have topped the list. I have received a PG&E statement of "Zero" and a best in category of efficient homes. Arc, your design knocked it out of the park, even with an Electric vehicle. Thanks guys for restoring my faith in solar technology.
Our installer showed up early every morning and worked hard through some extremely hot weather. One panel needed a quick adjustment after setup, but support handled it fast. The system has been running perfectly since then and the app is easy to use.
