We had a great experience with ARC! They re-did our attic and turned it from nothing to a usable and beautiful space. Check out their facebook page for amazing pictures from some other homes. I couldn't recommend them more strongly. We had a great experience.
Our extreme make-over with ARC was a huge project that resulted in the addition of three new rooms (dining, glass sitting room, and art studio) along with a new front deck with door access, a large screened in veranda and a screened walk-way running connecting the kitchen and media room to the veranda. ARC may do good work, but it seems that their customer service / appreciation is lacking. Our family is growing, so our house needs to as well. I called and set up an appointment for the owner, Anders, to take a look at our attic, which has great potential as usable space. The appointment was made in November of 2012 for 10 January. On the day of (Thursday), I was called by ARC and told that Anders couldn't make it and needed to reschedule.
