AVOID AT ANY COST! We had the worst possible experience with the dispatcher or estimator; but a terrific experience with Freeman Wilson the man who did the job. We needed one kitchen cabinet drawer’s hardware replaced. I called ARC and they insisted on sending someone to give me an estimate - even though it was such a very, very small job. The estimator came and told us it would be $75 for the cabinet.
