I found Arc and Nurse Alexis after researching Xerf laser treatments. Nurse Alexis was thorough, kind and relatable. She gave me a realistic and honest assessment of what could be expected and what could be achieved with the service, as well as transparent pricing. I left lifted and looking more awake, but still myself, with no downtime. Free and easy onsite parking- the office was well set up and clean. Highly recommend.

I've been seeing Alexis over 6 years now and have sent at least 9 friends her way. every single one of them still only goes to her.(which drives me to write this.) What sets her apart is her deep understanding of facial anatomy. She listens to what you want, tells you what you actually need, and lays out the pros and cons honestly. Nurse Alexis does a fantastic job in making sure you’re heard and comfortable. Especially as someone who is new to cosmetic procedures, she walked me through the entire process and recommended a personalized treatment based on my wants and her suggestions. Highly recommend! Additional perks include super easy parking which makes the experience that much more amazing, wanting me to keep coming back.

Loved the clinic and the results! Have done 4 appointments over the past year, dysport and microneedling. This has become my go to spot!
