Mejor no se acerquen a esta gente lo mas informal y ladrones del mundo les tuve que demandar a traves de mi abogado por cobrarme los servicios de permisos para cambiar el techo de mi propiedad en coral gables y negarse a devolver el dinero por incumpliento de los 30 dias de contrato. Cambiaron el nombre de la compania a quien se habia hecho el cheque ARC & Assiciates y lo habian depositado en esta otra nueva un dia despues de negociar con mi abogado. Estafadores. Arc development is a huge joke!!! I know that theres one leDhite guy that works for arc development but the rest are all mexicans that have no social they all get paid personal checks but the white guy is getting company checks with tax deduction!!!!
