While I have no associations with this company I have had the opportunity to see first hand how this company treats its employees. First you should know that they charge their employees $100.00, for a background check for a job which pays less than $10.00 an hour. The state charges $10.00. And hey will make mistakes on your check then avoid your phone calls. They hang up on you and do not return calls. I would not recommend working for these folks. They are very unprofessional.

Would not recommend service. extremely rude owner. My parent had daily care for 2 or 3 hours. When staff was ill, usually no replacement would come to care for my dad on that day. This was a continuous problem!

Excellent Care from ARC Angels Senior Home Care – I was searching for ARC Angels' facebook page to write a thank you to them for something they did for my Grandfather and I came across the previous post that I could not ignore. ARC Angels has provided care to my Grandfather for nearly a year. He is a WWII vet. On veteran's day the owner called to thank him for his service to our country, and told him in honor of his service, they were crediting his account for that day. Initial phone call turned me away – I grew up in the Mequon/Thiensville area and now live in Chicago.
