I was not too impressed with the service. When I went through the drive thru, it took me repeating my order 11 times before the lady on the other end figured it out. I figured maybe she was having a bad day so didn't really think too much about it. When I went to pay, She asked what sauces I wanted, I asked for Horseradish and she gave me a weird look and asked me again. I had to repeat this 6 times to her. I’m Muslim and I don’t eat bacon and I told him not to put bacon and he still put and eat it and I throw up after I don’t trust this place
Gotta say the young man behind the till taken orders working the drive through Just helped the lady that wasn't able to take my order helped her out. Really good customer service Manger you better give gim a high five!!
This Arby's is awesome.. I couldnt believe how friendly and patient the staff are! Amazing service yall!!
this used to be one of the last top notch locations left i used to drive across the city for it. the last couple months it has gone down hill (not sure if its new staff or what) who ever shaves the beef cuts too thick and I've gotten a few discolored sandwiches lately too. I just threw away my third double roast beef in a month. don't think ill be returning
