Customer service sucks.they took forever to take my order and when I finally ordered they were rude. Sixteen min later I got a cold burger. So i asked for a nother one and the lady argue with me then finally gave me a new burger.

A small soda and a small shake should come in the same size cup. I understand charging more for the shake than you do for the soda, but when paying for a "small", I expect a "small", not a kid's cup.

I always order the smoke house brisket, it comes out dry and it tastes different every time. This place is ok.
Need to bring back the Arby Q for good, not for a special then take it away!! Just like McDonald's has the Big Mac, Burger King has the Whopper well Arby's should have the Arby Q!!
Why is it that whenever I ask for "no sauce" do I get sauce? It's not hard to make a chicken sandwich without screwing it up!
