After waiting far too long in the driven thru, they first tried to give us the wrong order. Then gave us an incomplete order. No apologies, after being ignored at the counter for several minutes, just “what do you want” & “there you go” & even then it was still the wrong item.

I have never had such awful service here before tonight!! They charged us the wrong price for our food when we went back to have it fixed we waited for 25 minutes for the "manager" to help us. The kid behind the counter kept saying "we are obviously busy that's why it's taking so long." There were not busy at all. 4 people standing behind the counter doing. nothing at all!! Amber the manager was completely rude!!

Me and my family went to Arby's yesterday at 9:00 PM (They close at 11 PM) we walked in the door and heard an employee say to another employee "why didnt you lock the door??" And employee #2 said "I forgot!" To which employee #1 said "tell them we are out of roast beef and maybe they will leave" I understand that they are ready to leave but they also didn't close for another 2 hours. This was very rude and selfish. We will not be going back to this arby's

I had a small issue with my order and had to return to the store to get it fixed. The manager, Trista I believe her name was, did an amazing job making it right. She was very professional and genuine with concern. As a company you are lucky to have her on your team!

just now waited 15 min in line when finally got to order we ordered 4 reg arby sandwiches the man taking the order was cursing stating that we would have a 25 min wait due to not having time to wait on the drive thru. wow! after the fiasco and rudeness (that was so bad other customers were stepping in) we cancelled our order and left. will never be back! UNREAL....HORRIBLE STAFF/SERVICE!

Ordered lunch for my family and I, I ordered the chicken cordon bleu sandwich for my husband and I and when I got home to eat I noticed both of our chicken sandwiches were burnt! I don't understand how you can knowingly serve that to customers! If it wasn't for Arby's being on the other side of town I would take them back. Probably the last time I go there, it seems like everytime we've been there something has been wrong with either our food or our order is screwed up. So disappointed.
