Our child recieved milk in her kids meal that had a best by 3/17/20 - we went 4/30/20. thankfully we checked it before we gave it to her. Service is always slow and staff not friendly.
Worse service I have even experienced with a well known chain I will never go back.

Did not get what I ordered. when I called to let them know no one answered. No message machine. the food that they did give me was a mess and looked like it had been deliberately smashed. the curly fries were soggy with grease. Wrote corporate. No reply. For what they charge you can get a real meal at a sit down restaurant with quality food. This is my 2nd experience with this store. The owner obviously does not care just wants the money. The good tasted ok but the service was exceptionally awful AND slow!! I've not ever been told I couldn't place two orders at one time then had to wait almost 10 minutes to receive said order and I was the ONLY one in line when I pulled up! The cashier seemed very unhappy and unfriendly. I couldn't believe how expensive it was I wasn't even asked what size meal I wanted. Arby's food tastes good but their customer service is lacking and they are WAY overpriced. SMALL meals are TINY.

Went into w henrietta store, ordered extra mayo on a sandwich they put about a half of a cup of mayo , my husband ordered curly Freis and cheese the cheese. The girl on the counter handling the food we digging her head flipping her braids around. It was discusting.
