They were out of roast beef but staff was polite. Wait was really long for not being busy.

Used to be my favorite Arby's in town, but lately it seems they've gotten a new staff and they suck. I always have to ask for my fries to be crispy because they under cook them every time and even when asking for them crispy they're still undercooked :(
Arbys will make you sit in drive thru for minutes so they can close early and then tell you "sorry" we are closed before the posted closing time.
