I ordered several times a beef and cheddar cheese they hardly put any cheese on them nothing like what is advertised in the commercials and pictures im done going back through there drive thru and calling them I sent a complaint to cooperate with the receipt and pictures

A way to improve this would be if you're going to charge almost 80 cents for a sauce, actually give it to the customer and not get an attitude with the customer when they come back to get that sauce...

once again Springfield north side has the worst drive thrus of all restaurants. this includes Wendy's and culver's. drive home and order is wrong AGAIN! WHAT IS IT WITH YOU PEOPLE? DON'T EAT ANYWHERE ON NORTH SIDE OF SPRINGFIELD.

went through drive thru during lunch hour and they waited on the person in front of me then came on and said they were restarting systems and it would be a few minutes and then in a few minutes I asked how much longer and they said haven't even started yet...it will be another 10 to 15 minutes

I went and had to wait a few extra minutes, maybe 10min. It didn’t bother me since it was late and there was nobody else there. Which I don’t mind really since I knew my food would be FREADH. I don’t work here and never have BUT I can except the fact not every experience every time I go somewhere will always be perfect. If it happened every time with every visit it would be worth the complaint.. So as I sit in my truck eating an awesome ham and cheese Hawaiian slider I just want to say thank you Arby’s because I love the lit... read more

We are from VA so the menu was a little different. The server was helpful in offering good alternatives. Very friendly staff & clean restaurant. Enjoyed our visit.

I love the double tried the cinnamon apple crisp delicious. Don’t understand why no warm drinks in winter? Can have milk shakes but no coffee or hot chocolate? Not everyone loves chocolate can’t we another milkshake flavor?

They charged me for the wrong meal. And when I went back up to get a refund the girl was very rude. She never did apologize. Told the manager it was only a dollar and then rolled her eyes at me. Very unfriendly and very rude....will never go here again and will share this story with many friends. Also will be calling and reporting this. These people should NOT be working with the public. And yes I do know what I’m talking about since I work with the public every day and go out of my way to smile and make them feel welcome.
