6 meals we wanted to order for office lunch and we were actually turned away and told to come back when they weren’t so busy as it was lunch time! They wouldn’t even take my order

Arrived and there was a man waiting. No employees in site. He said he had been there 5 minutes. We waited another 5 and had more people come in to be waited on. One Male worker came out and walked to backline and just stood there, a few minutes later a female came out and then later another with a headset for drive thru on. Great food and service friendly service clean store
Waiting in the drive thru. There are only two cars in front of me and I have been sitting for almost 10 minutes. While it is lunch time, the number of cars waiting doesn't dictate this kind of wait.
Was not happy at all. The fries were over cooked and the sandwich itself was falling apart due to it's sogginess
