Don't try and redeem gift cards they gave to the radio station, first they gave them empty cards and then they won't honor them even though it's their fuck up. Last time you will see me in this place.

Stopped for lunch...mom's & my order was messed up..chicken tenders were cold..mom's sandwich was a mess..this. Place used to be one of the better ones..third time it happened..we won't be going back & wasting money..

What my daughter experienced at the Drive Thru! January 14 at 5:39pm · Dear Arby's.... when I order a medium chocolate milkshake, and pay for a medium chocolate milkshake, I expect a medium chocolate milkshake. However, what I got was a medium cup 2/3rds of the way filled with chocolate milkshake. Technically making it a small milkshake.
