Staff is nice enough, at least the few at the drive-thru I've dealt with. I don't think I have ever gotten through the drive-thru in under 15 minutes. I see people standing around doing nothing while I wait and wait. How is it possible like a simple order for a roast-beef sandwich (that IS your specialty, right?) can take 15 minutes? How is it that the drinks aren't ready when the food is? I don't order fancy, special-order items. Arby's has awesome great-tasting food! But.... this location on Morse in Northland is HORRIFIC! Not the food, but the service!! Super slow, lethargic, unmotivated employees equals unnecessary, long line inside the restaurant. Why would you hire lazy high school employees? I remember I worked for Arbys as a HS senior and whenever we had a rush, we ALL HUSTLED!!! This is a dispicable reflection of Arbys as a company. Simply find another location!!
Service is always terrible. Won't be spending anymore money at any arbys.

My order was lacking a few items so I called them and whoever i talked to gave me attitude ...not going back there
