always forgetting something in the order

We're here. Employees are ignoring their customers. Store is lit up, and the sign says they close at 2:00.
I order the venison sandwich meal it was awesome service was great even though they didn't have my order right they fixed it with a beautiful smile

The person taking my order was RUDE! from the first receiving of my order to the last word she said. She shoved the change and food in our car gave us the wrong drink, when we advised her it was incorrect, she just snatched the cup away and gave us our correct drink. Never said "hello" and or "thank you." All we got when we pulled up was GO "A HEAD WITH YOUR ORDER"We felt rushed and disrespected by her eye rolling and teeth sucking. I would think that, that cashier needs more customer service training.

Needs updated in lobby. I worked here when store first opened like 20 years ago and I swear that is the same Chairs, tables and carpet everything it looks awful now.
The food was awful cold. And the lobby was freezing. But they were very courteous and very kind.
