Rita (aka Manager on duty) needs to have a customer service training class!
The last two times I've gone to this location, I've asked for Arby's sauce and both times was told it was "already in the bag." When I get it home (or wherever I'm going), there's only one packet. Just a heads up that people may actually want more than one with their meal. (And the packet of horsey sauce in the bag gets wasted because it wasn't asked for.)

I enjoy visiting this place. The food is always great, the staff is very cordial and it's a lovely atmosphere inside.
