Came by to get some food today and noticed they had a 100 on their health inspection . Way to go Arbys ,y'all are awesome and have some great employees . Customer service was awesome and it was a pleasure eating here.
I work here & say we give wonderful customer service.We always put our customers first and make sure they are happy! Food is not gonna be ready in just one minute but we try and give out the food fast & made properly.But there is NO WAY we're are gonna be having a customer wait 25 minutes on food here!

Consistently terrible customer service! Tonight was the 2nd time I was cut off while ordering. Guess this store doesn't care about listening to their customers orders and making money. Never eating at this location again, and I intend to make sure no one I know does either.
they are so slow ... one day i waited 25 minutes for my order ... they are also very disorganized !!! but other that that they are ok!
